Selena Gomez Feeds The Dogs

Selena Gomez spends her Saturday (March 7) feeding some stray dogs as the new DoSomething.org ambassador in Puerto Rico.

The 16-year-old starlet, along with co-stars Jake T. Austin, David Henrie (not pictured) and David DeLuise, joined in to help the dogs in the tropical land. Selena wrote on her MySpace, “We ended up finding out that Puerto Rico has a ‘dead dog beach’ its sounds worse than it is but people actually kills dogs for fun here.”

The Wizards cast is currently in Puerto Rico filming the Wizards movie.

Harper Finkle Meets Harper Finkle

Jennifer Stone and special guest star Rachel Dratch (formerly of Saturday Night Live) smile from ear-to-ear in this new still from The Wizards of Waverly Place.

In the upcoming episode, “Future Harper,” Alex (Selena Gomez), Justin (David Henrie) and Max Russo (Jake T. Austin) travel into the future to find a best-selling author who is using their lives as the basis of her novels, only to find out the author is Harper Finkle (Dratch). After the discovery, Justin must ensure that Alex and Harper stay friends to preserve all of their futures. Rob Reiner also guest stars.

“Future Harper,” airs Sunday, March 15 @ 8:30PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.

Jake T. Austin Marvels Over Misty May

Jake T. Austin argues with guest star Misty May-Treanor as she makes a brief cameo on Wizards of Waverly Place.

In the new episode, “Art Teacher,” Misty May and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson pay a visit to Max (Austin) after they hear he is suffering from a mysterious ailment. But Max gets over the sickness pretty fast — he used magic to get out of gym class!
