What would J. Howard Marshall II think of this?

A Florida judge has ruled against releasing Anna Nicole Smith's body - in the hope that DNA testing will assist in the paternity dispute over her 5-month old daughter.  Three guys are all claiming to be the baby’s father.  Of course, the baby – Dannielynn – is worth quite a few million bucks thanks to J. Howard Marshall II!
